Description
Crong OptiRed Glass is a black-framed tempered-glass screen protector shaped for iPhone 17e. Full-surface adhesive bonds across the underside, while the 2.5D edge, oleophobic coating and precisely cut outline are intended to preserve smooth touch operation and compatibility with most correctly fitted cases. The 9H surface-hardness rating describes scratch resistance; it does not mean that the glass cannot break or that the phone screen cannot be damaged.
According to the manufacturer, the optical coating reduces the transmission of blue HEV light while allowing longer red and yellow wavelengths, with the aim of retaining a natural white balance instead of adding a strong orange tint. This may make evening or low-light viewing more comfortable, but the protector is not a medical device and does not guarantee relief from eye strain, better sleep or any health outcome.
Before installation, remove grease with the wet wipe, dry the screen with the microfiber cloth and lift remaining dust with the dust-absorber sticker. Align the glass with the edges and openings, lower it without touching the adhesive and press the centre so the Full Glue layer can spread. Case fit depends on the case design. The package contains one OptiRed Glass protector, one wet wipe, one microfiber cloth and one dust-absorber sticker. The phone, case and installation frame are not included.
