Returns and exchanges
Defects in purchased items are remedied, and faulty items are exchanged or returned in accordance with applicable law.
The Buyer has the right to return items by notifying the Seller in writing (e.g. by email [email protected], specifying the item to be returned and its order number) no later than within 14 calendar days from the date the item was delivered.
Return conditions
When returning items, the following conditions must be met:
- • The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging (this does not apply to returns of faulty items).
- • The item must not have been damaged by the Buyer.
- • The item must retain its retail appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.).
- • The returned item must be in the same configuration as when it was received.
How to notify us
Send us a written return notice including the key details: the name of the item being returned, the order number and a short description of the situation. Once we receive your message, we will confirm the next steps.
