WEKOME WDC-08 Vanguard Series is a 1 m USB-C–Lightning charging and data cable with a small digital power display. The gold variant has a gold-coloured braided jacket and matching metallic connector housings. The connector housings use zinc alloy, while the braided nylon outer jacket helps protect the cable during normal everyday handling.

• With compatible equipment, the cable supports USB Power Delivery charging at up to 20 W. The actual result depends on the power adapter, Lightning device, battery state and temperature.
• The integrated display shows the charging power being delivered in real time. It is an informational reading and not a separate control for the power source.
• Data transfer is specified at up to 480 Mbps. No video-output capability is stated.
• The USB-C plug connects to a compatible power source or computer, and the Lightning plug connects to the Apple device. Check both ports before use and disconnect by holding the plug rather than pulling the braided cable.
