Does fast charging damage the battery?

No. Phones made from 2020 onwards manage charging speed and temperature themselves, so fast charging is safe for everyday use. If you want to stretch battery life as far as possible, wired charging at a moderate 10–20 W is the gentlest option.

Can I use any USB-C charger?

Yes, USB-C is a common standard. Fast charging, however, only works with a compatible charger (Quick Charge, USB-PD, SuperVOOC). Always use a certified charger — an uncertified one charges slowly and can be unsafe.

Wireless or wired charging — which is better?

Wired is faster and more efficient, because less energy turns into heat. Wireless is more convenient but slower and runs warmer. For long-term battery health wired is slightly better, though with current technology the difference is small.

Crong Armor Link CRG-AL200USCC-BLK is a black USB-C to USB-C charging and data cable with a 200 cm nylon-braided lead. It is intended for compatible USB-C phones, tablets, laptops, chargers and power banks, and includes a reusable hook-and-loop strap for tidier storage.

The cable is rated for USB Power Delivery up to 100 W and 5 A. Reaching that level requires a compatible USB-C PD source and device that negotiate the required profile; actual power and charging time are limited by the least capable part of the setup.
USB 2.0 data transfer is rated up to 480 Mbps. This is not a USB 3.x or video cable, so do not expect DisplayPort output or higher transfer speeds even when both connected devices support them.
The nylon braid, aluminium-alloy plug housings and reinforced connector areas are intended for everyday durability. Avoid crushing, knots, sharp bends and pulling by the cable because physical wear can still damage conductors or plugs.
The 200 cm length offers extra reach between a socket and a desk, sofa or bedside table. Route it without tension, keep it away from moving furniture and use the strap loosely so it does not crease the cable.
