This refurbished LCD is supplied without a frame and is intended to be bonded into the phone's original LCD frame. Correct installation is important for alignment with the remaining housing components.
The refurbished display is designed to support automatic brightness, multi-touch and proximity-sensor functions.
Installation notes:
Test the component thoroughly before permanent installation. Connect it to the device and test all critical features and functions for at least 15 minutes. When using an acrylic-, silicone- or rubber-based adhesive, check that the bond is suitable; excessive adhesive or an overly strong bond may cause operational problems after installation.
The product is supplied in ESD packaging, which helps protect it from electrostatic discharge during handling and transport.
