What is the difference between a silicone and a plastic case?

A silicone case is soft and flexible, and it absorbs impact well. It grips in the hand, but it collects dust and yellows over time. A hard plastic (PC) case is thin and easy to keep clean, but it does not give under impact. For most people a TPU or hybrid case is the better compromise — it combines both.

How do I choose the right case?

Choose for the way you actually use the phone: if you drop it often, take a rugged case; if you want to keep the phone slim, TPU or silicone is enough; if you want to carry cards, pick a wallet case. Above all, check that the case is made for your exact phone model.

Does a case protect against drops?

Yes, though how much depends on the type. A thin silicone case keeps scratches away and helps with low falls. Rugged cases such as UAG or Spigen Tough Armor are drop-tested from 2–3 metres and give the most protection.

Why does a clear silicone case turn yellow?

UV light and the natural oils on your skin cause it. It is normal and cannot be prevented entirely. Tip: a darker colour or a clear TPU case yellows far less visibly.

Description

Crong Liquid is a white Apple Watch strap made from flexible liquid silicone. Its smooth, soft-touch surface follows the wrist and the pin-and-tuck fastening is easy to adjust for everyday wear.

The hydrophobic surface is easy to wipe clean after normal daily use.
The strap fits wrists measuring approximately 135–195 mm in circumference.
It is intended for Apple Watch 38, 40 and 41 mm cases and compatible newer 42 mm cases that use the smaller connector family.
Check the size marked on the watch case before ordering, because not every 42 mm Apple Watch uses the same connector width.

The package contains one white Crong Liquid strap for the compatible smaller Apple Watch case family; the watch is not included.
