Description
The Alpina set contains two USB-rechargeable electric mills for salt and pepper, one black and one white. Each mill measures approximately 5.2 x 5.2 x 19.5 cm and combines aluminium with ABS/AS plastic. A transparent chamber shows the remaining seasoning, while the top button starts grinding and the base control adjusts coarseness.
Fill each clean, dry chamber with a suitable dry seasoning without overfilling it. Adjust the grind with the mill switched off, then hold it upright over food and press the top button. Recharge by USB in accordance with the supplied instructions. Do not immerse the powered upper section in water.
