Ajax MotionProtect Plus Motion Detector with Microwave Sensor, White

Ajax MotionProtect Plus is a wireless indoor PIR motion detector with an additional 24 GHz microwave sensor. It detects motion indoors and helps reduce false alarms caused by pets, drafts, air conditioners or thermal interference.

Performance and reliability

The detector communicates with Ajax Hub at up to 1,200 m in open space, detects motion at up to 12 m and processes signals digitally. The SmartDetect algorithm helps ignore pets weighing up to 20 kg and up to 50 cm tall, while temperature compensation supports stable detection under varying conditions.

Protection and installation

The device uses authentication, encrypted Jeweller communication, jamming detection, frequency hopping and tamper protection. SmartBracket allows installation without dismantling the enclosure, while connection quality and the detection zone can be tested remotely. uartBridge or ocBridge Plus modules allow use with third-party security systems.
